About This Position

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and secure new business opportunities across air and ocean freight markets.
- Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients, delivering customized logistics solutions.
- Develop and execute sales strategies targeting Retail/FMCG, Automotive, Industrial, Healthcare and High‑Tech sectors.
- Prepare accurate quotes, proposals and contracts, ensuring profitability.
- Collaborate with operations, finance and marketing teams to align service delivery with client expectations.
- Track market trends, competitor activity and emerging opportunities to inform business planning.
- Achieve and exceed annual revenue targets (CAD 100,000‑125,000 salary range).
Qualifications & Skills
- Proven experience in business development or sales within air and ocean freight logistics.
- Strong knowledge of the Canadian freight market and relevant industry verticals.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation abilities.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and develop actionable insights.
- Self‑motivated, results‑driven and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics or related field preferred.
