Key Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate potential acquisition targets through market research, financial analysis, and competitive benchmarking.
• Prepare detailed investment memorandums, valuation models, and presentation decks for senior leadership.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—including finance, legal, and product—to conduct due diligence and assess strategic fit.
• Maintain a pipeline of high‑quality prospects and track progress against acquisition objectives.
• Support post‑deal integration activities by providing data‑driven insights and performance monitoring.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field; MBA or CFA preferred.
• 2–4 years of experience in corporate development, investment banking, consulting, or strategic planning.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and valuation techniques.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities; capable of presenting complex information to senior executives.
• Self‑starter with a proactive mindset and ability to work independently in a high‑velocity environment.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary: $80,000 CAD annually.
