Job Summary
Ascend Technologies is seeking a Salesforce Business Development Executive in Chicago, Cook County, US. This role drives new business, nurtures client relationships, and leverages the Salesforce platform to deliver growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business leads through referrals, networking events, and targeted prospecting.
- Guide prospects through the full sales cycle, from initial contact to solution delivery and contract signing.
- Conduct comprehensive account reviews with existing customers to uncover upsell and cross‑sell opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal solution architects and project teams to design Salesforce‑based solutions that meet client objectives.
- Maintain accurate pipeline data and forecast revenue in Salesforce CRM.
- Represent Ascend Technologies at industry conferences, webinars, and local business groups to enhance brand visibility.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably selling SaaS or cloud‑based platforms.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce products, certifications a plus.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
Compensation
Base salary: $146,641.66 annually.

Chicago, Cook County, United States.
