About the Role

Key Responsibilities

Conduct virtual fit analyses, tolerance stack‑up calculations, and finite element analysis (FEA) to validate design performance under real‑world conditions. Iterate designs based on rapid prototyping feedback and testing results, reducing time‑to‑market. Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams — including manufacturing, quality, and software — to optimize product geometry for cost, weight, and performance. Document design processes, maintain version control in PLM systems, and ensure traceability for regulatory compliance. Requirements

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of professional experience in mechanical design or a related engineering discipline, with a demonstrable portfolio of industrial, medical, or consumer product projects. Advanced proficiency in CAD software such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or CATIA, and familiarity with PLM tools like Siemens Teamcenter or PTC Windchill.
