Job Summary

America’s Pharmacy Group, LLC is seeking a Pharmacy Relationship Manager in Miami, Miami-Dade County, US. This role focuses on building and retaining pharmacy client relationships to drive growth of the company’s Pharmacy Savings Card program.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with pharmacy owners, managers, and staff across South Florida.
• Promote and educate clients on the benefits of the Pharmacy Savings Card, similar to GoodRx and SingleCare.
• Identify new business opportunities, generate leads, and convert prospects into active partners.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to tailor promotional materials and campaigns for pharmacy audiences.
• Track sales metrics, prepare regular performance reports, and meet or exceed quarterly targets.
• Provide ongoing support and training to pharmacy partners to ensure optimal utilization of the savings card program.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Proven experience in pharmacy sales, healthcare marketing, or related medical sales roles.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a customer‑focused mindset.
• Strong understanding of pharmacy operations, prescription workflows, and healthcare reimbursement models.
• Ability to travel locally within the Miami area to meet pharmacy partners.
• Self‑motivated, results‑driven, and able to work independently or as part of a team.

Compensation

Base salary: $55,331.77 annually.
