Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the long‑term R&D roadmap aligned with Restek’s mission to improve health, safety and scientific advancement.
• Lead cross‑functional teams of scientists, engineers and product managers to deliver breakthrough analytical solutions.

• Strong strategic thinking, financial acumen and ability to manage multi‑million‑dollar budgets.
