Key Responsibilities

• Lead cross‑functional teams through product concept, design, prototyping, testing, and regulatory clearance.
• Develop and manage manufacturing processes, ensuring scalability, cost‑effectiveness, and compliance with FDA/ISO standards.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and clinical partners to align product features with market needs.
• Create and maintain product roadmaps, budgets, and timelines; report progress to senior leadership.
• Implement continuous‑improvement initiatives in the production line to boost quality and efficiency.
• Mentor engineering and production staff, fostering a culture of innovation and safety.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred).

Work Schedule & Benefits
