Job Summary

EY is seeking a Senior Consultant – Managed Services AI‑Native Software Engineer to work remotely from anywhere in the United States, with a base in Grandview, Franklin County. This hands‑on solution architect role focuses on designing, prototyping, and building modern AI‑enabled applications and digital products.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable, AI‑native architectures for client‑focused digital solutions.
• Prototype, develop, and deliver AI‑driven applications using cloud platforms, micro‑services, and containerisation.
• Lead code reviews, enforce best‑practice standards, and mentor junior engineers.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—including data scientists, product owners, and business analysts—to translate requirements into technical specifications.
• Provide technical guidance and governance for managed services engagements.
• Stay current with emerging AI technologies, frameworks, and industry trends to drive innovation.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering with a strong focus on AI/ML integration.
• Proficiency in Python, Java, or C# and experience with AI frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or ONNX.
• Hands‑on experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and container orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker).
• Solid understanding of micro‑service architecture, RESTful APIs, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a remote, distributed environment.
