Key Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule and control all phases of concrete and underground construction projects from pre‑construction to close‑out.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams across Actalent’s sister companies to optimize resource allocation.
• Maintain project budgets, timelines, and quality standards, ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
• Develop and manage contracts, change orders, and client communications.
• Monitor risk, resolve issues promptly, and produce accurate progress reports for stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years experience managing concrete, horizontal construction, or earthworks projects.
• Proven partnership approach with strong stakeholder and vendor management skills.
• Professional project management certification (PMP, CAPM) preferred.
• Excellent knowledge of construction codes, permit processes, and safety standards.
• Strong analytical, budgeting, and scheduling abilities (MS Project, Primavera, or similar).
