Key Responsibilities

• Perform demolition, framing, drywall, flooring, and finish work on interior remodel projects.
• Install cabinetry, countertops, fixtures, and trim with precision and adherence to design specifications.
• Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and technical drawings.
• Collaborate with project managers, designers and other crew members to meet schedule and quality standards.
• Maintain a clean, safe job site and follow OSHA safety protocols.
• Identify and communicate material or labor needs to ensure timely project completion.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience in residential interior remodeling or a related trade.
• Proficient in carpentry, drywall finishing, tile work, and basic plumbing/electrical tasks.
• Strong problem‑solving ability and attention to detail.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for job sites within a 45‑minute radius of downtown Pittsburgh.
• Ability to lift 50 lb and work on ladders or scaffolding safely.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
