Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary project team to advance construction document sets for a 1,000‑room casino, hotel, theater, parking structures and 17 restaurants/bars.
• Develop and refine design details, specifications, and construction drawings to meet the 80% completion target within a two‑month schedule.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure design intent, code compliance, and constructability.
• Maintain clear documentation, track revisions, and support the transition from design development to construction documents.
• Participate in design reviews, value‑engineering sessions, and resolve technical issues promptly.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (Master’s preferred) and active NCARB certification.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in large‑scale hospitality or mixed‑use projects.
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and BIM coordination tools.
• Strong knowledge of US building codes, ADA, and fire safety regulations.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem‑solving skills.

Compensation & Benefits
