Key Responsibilities

• Perform visual and dimensional inspections of plastic tubes during decorating, printing, and packing processes.
• Record inspection results in QA files and update documentation before each production run.
• Identify non‑conforming parts, tag and segregate them, and report findings to shift supervisor.
• Assist with first‑time and second‑time shift training before transitioning to the 3rd shift.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to resolve quality issues and suggest process improvements.

Qualifications & Requirements

• High school diploma or GED; additional technical training a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to read basic engineering drawings.
• Comfortable working night shift (10 pm‑6:30 am), Monday‑Friday.
• Basic computer skills for data entry into QA systems.
• Good communication skills and a team‑oriented attitude.
