Job Summary
Cardinal Health is hiring a Staff Software Engineer in Concord, Merrimack County, US. This senior role leads the design and delivery of back‑end and front‑end solutions for the Commercial Technologies portfolio, driving business value and enhancing the customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Architect, develop, and maintain scalable back‑end services and APIs supporting commercial technology platforms.
- Collaborate with product owners, business leaders, and cross‑functional teams to define technical strategies and roadmaps.
- Lead code reviews, mentor junior engineers, and champion best practices in software development.
- Drive performance optimization, security compliance, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
- Identify innovative solutions and contribute to the evolution of the front‑end user experience.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

- Strong understanding of microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).

Compensation
Salary range: $175,320.72 annually.
