Key Responsibilities

• Read and interpret formula instructions to set up, position, and secure production machinery.
• Operate and monitor compounding equipment, ensuring consistent product quality and safety.
• Measure, mix, and blend flavor ingredients according to precise specifications.
• Perform routine equipment cleaning, maintenance, and minor troubleshooting.
• Document batch records, production data, and any deviations for quality control.
• Package finished products and prepare them for shipment to customers.
• Collaborate with supervisors and quality assurance teams to meet production targets.

Qualifications & Requirements

• High school diploma or GED; technical or vocational training in manufacturing is a plus.
• Prior experience in a compounding, food, or chemical production environment preferred.
• Ability to read and follow detailed formulas and work instructions.
• Basic math skills for accurate measuring and weighing.
• Familiarity with safety protocols, PPE, and GMP standards.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lb.

Compensation & Benefits
