Job Summary

EY is seeking a Senior Consultant – Managed Services AI‑Native Software Engineer to join its team in Iselin, Middlesex County, US. This hands‑on Solution Architect will design, prototype, and build AI‑enabled applications and digital products for EY’s global clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Design end‑to‑end architectures for AI‑native software solutions, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
• Develop prototypes and production‑grade code using Python, Java, or other modern languages, and integrate machine‑learning models into enterprise applications.
• Lead code reviews, enforce best practices, and mentor junior engineers.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—including data scientists, product managers, and business analysts—to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Provide technical guidance for managed services engagements, including monitoring, incident response, and continuous improvement.
• Stay current with emerging AI technologies, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and DevOps tools, and recommend strategic enhancements.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or higher degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience, with at least 3 years focused on AI/ML‑enabled solutions.
• Strong expertise in cloud services (AWS, Azure, or GCP), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and CI/CD pipelines.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or Scala, and familiarity with ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit‑learn).
• Excellent problem‑solving skills, communication abilities, and a collaborative mindset.

Preferred Experience

• Experience delivering managed services or SaaS products at scale.
• Certifications in cloud platforms or AI/ML specialties.
• Knowledge of data engineering tools (Spark, Kafka) and micro‑services architecture.

Compensation

Salary: $245,993.69 per year (fixed).
