Job Summary

EY is hiring a Senior Consultant – Managed Services AI‑Native Software Engineer in Hoboken, Hudson County, US. This hands‑on Solution Architect role designs, prototypes and builds modern AI‑enabled applications for EY’s global clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Design end‑to‑end architecture for AI‑native software solutions, ensuring scalability, security and compliance.
• Develop prototypes and production‑grade code using Python, Java, or C# and modern AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Spark).
• Lead code reviews, enforce best practices, and mentor junior engineers.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—including data scientists, product managers and business analysts—to translate requirements into technical specifications.
• Integrate AI services (LLMs, computer vision, NLP) into cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and manage CI/CD pipelines.
• Provide technical guidance for managed services engagements, ensuring SLA adherence and continuous improvement.
• Stay current with emerging AI technologies and recommend innovative solutions to clients.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
• 8+ years of software development experience, with at least 3 years in AI/ML solution architecture.
• Proficiency in cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP) and container orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker).
• Strong programming skills in Python, Java, or C# and experience with AI frameworks.
• Demonstrated ability to design micro‑services architectures and implement CI/CD pipelines.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.

Preferred Experience

• Certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure AI Engineer, or Google Cloud Professional Data Engineer.
• Experience delivering managed services for enterprise clients in regulated industries.
• Familiarity with DevSecOps practices and data governance.

Compensation

Annual salary: $208,626.83 (fixed).
