Key Responsibilities

• Monitor network traffic for suspicious activity and potential security breaches.
• Conduct regular vulnerability assessments and penetration testing to identify system weaknesses.
• Implement and manage security protocols, including firewalls, encryption, and intrusion detection systems.
• Lead incident response efforts to contain and mitigate security threats immediately.
• Collaborate with IT departments to design and implement robust security architectures.
• Perform detailed forensic analysis on security breaches to prevent future occurrences.
• Stay ahead of the curve by researching the latest cybersecurity trends and emerging threats.

Requirements

We are looking for a proactive professional who possesses both the technical prowess and the analytical mindset required to navigate the complex landscape of modern cybersecurity.

Technical Skills

• Proven experience working as a Security Analyst, Incident Responder, or similar role.
• Deep understanding of network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP, etc.) and security frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001).
• Proficiency in using SIEM tools like Splunk, IBM QRadar, or LogRhythm.
• Hands-on experience with cloud security environments (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).

Salary Range and Compensation

Estimated Salary Range: $95,000 – $145,000 USD/year
