National Evermore Services is hiring a part‑time Restaurant Food Safety Inspector in Great Falls, Cascade County, Montana. This role ensures restaurants and grocery stores meet rigorous food safety standards across multiple locations in the state.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct on‑site inspections of restaurants and grocery stores in Great Falls and surrounding areas (Kalispell, Whitefish, Libby, Deer Lodge, Helena, Anaconda, Shelby, Conrad).
• Audit food handling, storage, preparation, and sanitation practices against state and federal regulations.
• Document findings, prepare detailed reports, and issue corrective action notices.
• Provide education and coaching to owners and staff on best‑practice food safety procedures.
• Follow up on remediation actions to ensure compliance.

Requirements

• Current residence in Montana (must live in the state to be considered).
• Experience in food safety, public health, or a related field; prior inspection or regulatory experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Montana food safety statutes and USDA/FDA guidelines.
• Excellent communication, observational, and report‑writing skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for travel to multiple audit sites.

Compensation

Annual salary: $39,282.56 (part‑time). Additional mileage reimbursement may apply.
