Job Summary

PTR Global is seeking a Software Engineer 4 ( .NET / CRM ) for a contract role in Charlotte, Mecklenburg County, North Carolina. This position supports the Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform within the Commercial Banking line of business.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, enhance, and maintain .NET applications integrated with Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
• Collaborate with an agile development team to deliver new features and bug fixes.
• Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for the externally hosted CRM environment.
• Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and daily stand‑ups.
• Write unit tests and ensure compliance with security and regulatory standards.
• Document technical designs, deployment procedures, and knowledge‑base articles.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of professional .NET development experience.
• Strong expertise with Microsoft Dynamics CRM (custom entities, workflows, plugins).
• Proficiency in C#, ASP.NET MVC/Web API, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS.
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Solid understanding of RESTful services, SQL Server, and version control (Git/TFS).
• Excellent problem‑solving and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Azure cloud services and CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of banking or financial services regulations.
• Certifications such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Azure Developer Associate.

Compensation & Details
