Comfort Rehab PA is hiring a part‑time Chiropractic Front Assistant to support patient flow and administrative tasks at our Cedar Hill, Dallas clinic.

Key Responsibilities

• Schedule and confirm patient appointments using the clinic’s software.
• Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and communicate professionally with attorneys and referral sources.
• Verify insurance coverage, submit claims, and handle patient billing and collections.
• Greet patients, assist with intake forms, and prepare treatment rooms for the chiropractor.
• Maintain a clean, organized front‑desk area and manage office supplies.
• Support the clinical team with basic patient care tasks as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional office administration or healthcare training a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Professional demeanor when interacting with patients, attorneys, and insurance representatives.
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
