About This Position
Cisco Systems is seeking a Wireless Escalations Software Engineer (Hybrid) to join its Cisco Spaces team in the United States. This role focuses on building and supporting advanced location‑based services that turn physical spaces into data‑driven assets.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable software components for wireless escalation handling within Cisco Spaces.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate location‑based analytics, real‑time monitoring, and asset tracking features.
- Lead root‑cause analysis for complex escalations, providing timely solutions and improvements.
- Write clean, testable code and contribute to continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines.
- Mentor junior engineers and share best practices for cloud‑native development.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience).
