Join Sweet Sweat Fitness, a boutique gym in North Hollywood, Los Angeles, as a part‑time Fitness Trainer. You’ll lead high‑energy HIIT and circuit classes for parents returning to fitness after having a child.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, deliver, and modify small‑group HIIT and circuit workouts that are safe, effective, and engaging.
• Provide personalized coaching, technique cues, and motivation to help clients achieve their fitness goals.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming studio environment and ensure all equipment is set up correctly before each class.
• Track client progress, give feedback, and adjust programs as needed.
• Promote a fun, inclusive atmosphere that reflects Sweet Sweat Fitness’ brand values.

Requirements

• Current certified fitness instructor credential (ACE, NASM, ISSA, or equivalent).
• Minimum 2‑3 years experience leading HIIT or circuit‑style group classes.
• Strong communication skills and a passion for helping parents regain confidence in their fitness.
• Ability to work flexible part‑time hours, including evenings and weekends.
• First‑aid/CPR certification preferred.

Compensation & Benefits
