Join a forward‑thinking team where your analytical expertise shapes business decisions and fuels sustainable growth—all from the comfort of your home office. As a Remote Management Analyst, you’ll dissect complex data, uncover actionable insights, and partner with leaders to streamline operations and boost profitability.

About the Role

In this fully remote position, you will serve as the analytical backbone for cross‑functional initiatives, translating raw data into clear recommendations that improve efficiency, reduce costs, and support strategic planning. You’ll collaborate with department heads, project managers, and senior executives to identify performance gaps, model future scenarios, and track the impact of implemented changes. Your work will directly influence budgeting, process redesign, and technology adoption, helping the organization stay agile in a competitive market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from ERP, CRM, and financial systems to uncover trends, variances, and opportunities.
  • Develop interactive dashboards and visual reports using Tableau, Power BI, or Excel to communicate findings to non‑technical stakeholders.
  • Conduct cost‑benefit analyses, variance analysis, and forecasting to support budgeting, investment decisions, and resource allocation.
  • Facilitate workshops and interviews to gather business requirements, document current‑state processes, and design future‑state workflows.
  • Design and recommend process improvements, organizational redesigns, or technology enhancements that align with corporate goals and drive measurable ROI.
  • Monitor key performance indicators post‑implementation and provide ongoing advisory support to ensure sustained results and continuous improvement.
  • Prepare executive‑level presentations and briefings that translate complex analytical outcomes into clear, actionable recommendations.
  • Partner with IT and data engineering teams to ensure data quality, integrity, and accessibility for analytical projects.
  • Stay current with industry best practices in management consulting, data analytics, and change management through ongoing learning and professional development.
  • Mentor junior analysts and share knowledge across the virtual team to elevate overall analytical capability.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Statistics, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience as a management analyst, business analyst, or consulting role, preferably in a remote or distributed environment.
  • Strong quantitative skills: proficiency in SQL, statistical analysis (R, Python, or SAS), and advanced Excel including pivot tables and macros.
  • Experience with data visualization platforms (Tableau, Power BI, Qlik) and ability to tell a compelling story with data.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities; comfortable influencing senior leadership without direct authority.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced setting.
  • Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented, and comfortable working independently while contributing to a collaborative virtual team.
  • Proven track record of delivering actionable insights that have led to cost savings, revenue growth, or process efficiencies.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Certification such as Certified Management Consultant (CMC), PMP, or Six Sigma Green Belt.
  • Experience in industries like technology, healthcare, finance, or manufacturing.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and cloud‑based analytics tools (Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift).
  • Knowledge of agile methodologies and experience working in Scrum or Kanban teams.
  • Experience with predictive modeling or machine learning techniques to enhance forecasting accuracy.

What We Offer

  • Competitive salary range: $70,000 – $95,000 USD per year, based on experience and location.
