Medical Assistant – Mobile Dermatology (Full-Time / Part-Time)

OnSpot Dermatology is hiring a Medical Assistant to join its mobile dermatology clinic in Delray Beach, Palm Beach County. This full‑time or part‑time role supports surgical procedures, skin‑cancer screenings and community‑based patient care.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist physicians during dermatologic examinations, biopsies and Mohs surgery in a mobile clinic setting.
• Prepare and maintain sterile instruments, supplies and treatment rooms.
• Conduct patient intake, record medical histories and document findings in electronic health records.
• Educate patients on skin‑cancer prevention, post‑procedure care and follow‑up instructions.
• Coordinate appointment schedules, mobile clinic logistics and inventory management.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, OSHA and state medical regulations.

Required Qualifications

• Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or equivalent certification.
• Minimum 1 year experience in a dermatology or surgical outpatient setting.
• Proficiency with EMR/EHR systems and basic medical terminology.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a fast‑moving, mobile environment.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within Southwest Florida.
