Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop and deploy end‑to‑end AI and machine‑learning solutions using Azure Foundry AI, including model selection, prompt engineering, Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG) patterns and responsible AI governance.
• Build scalable data pipelines and AI workflows in Microsoft Fabric and Copilot Studio, leveraging Data Factory, Synapse Data Engineering, OneLake, Real‑Time Analytics and integration with AWS Redshift.
• Extend and customize Microsoft 365 Copilot and other Copilot Studio capabilities to meet client business needs.
• Collaborate with data engineers, solution architects and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical designs.
• Implement best practices for model monitoring, performance tuning, security, compliance and cost optimization.
• Provide technical leadership, mentorship and knowledge transfer to junior team members.
• Stay current with emerging AI technologies, industry trends and regulatory guidelines.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or higher degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience designing and implementing AI/ML solutions on Azure, including Azure Foundry AI, Azure Machine Learning, and Microsoft Fabric.
• Strong expertise in generative AI, large language models, prompt engineering and Retrieval‑Augmented Generation.
• Hands‑on experience with data pipeline tools: Azure Data Factory, Synapse, OneLake, and real‑time analytics services.
• Proficiency integrating Azure solutions with AWS services such as Redshift.
• Solid understanding of responsible AI principles, model governance, security and compliance.
• Excellent problem‑solving, communication and client‑facing skills.
