About the Role

As the General and Operations Manager, you will own the end‑to‑end operational framework that powers our growth. Core Responsibilities

Strategic Planning & Execution

Develop and implement multi‑year operational roadmaps aligned with company goals. Partner with executive leadership to prioritize initiatives, allocate resources, and monitor progress through data‑driven KPIs.

Cross‑Functional Leadership

Lead a distributed team of operations specialists, analysts, and project managers. Foster collaboration across product, engineering, sales, and support to eliminate silos and accelerate delivery cycles.

Performance Metrics & Continuous Improvement

Design dashboards that surface real‑time insights on efficiency, cost, and quality. Champion Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to reduce waste, improve cycle times, and elevate the customer experience.

Qualifications & Requirements

Education & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field; an MBA is a plus. Minimum 7 years of progressive operations leadership, with at least 3 years managing remote or hybrid teams.

Technical & Analytical Skills

Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (NetSuite, SAP, or Oracle), business intelligence tools (Tableau, Looker), and project management platforms (Asana, Jira). Strong SQL or Python skills for ad‑hoc analysis are highly valued.

Salary Range
