Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls to members, providers, and partners to resolve inquiries, schedule appointments, and follow up on service requests.
  • Provide accurate information about health plans, benefits, and coverage options.
  • Document all interactions in the CRM system, ensuring data integrity and compliance with privacy regulations.
  • Meet or exceed daily and weekly performance metrics, including call volume, quality scores, and issue resolution rates.
  • Identify trends in member concerns and relay insights to leadership for process improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams such as enrollment, billing, and clinical services to ensure seamless member experiences.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 2+ years of outbound call‑center or customer service experience, preferably in health insurance or related fields.
  • Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to convey complex information clearly.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and experience using CRM or call‑center software.
  • Eligibility to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.
