Event Marketing Representative

Renewal by Andersen | Esler Companies is seeking a part‑time Event Marketing Representative in Kingman, Mohave County, US. This role involves representing the brand at community events, fairs, festivals, farmers markets and retail locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with event attendees to promote Renewal by Andersen products and services.
• Set up and maintain attractive brand displays at fairs, festivals, farmers markets, hardware stores, grocery stores and Walmart.
• Generate leads, collect contact information and follow up with potential customers.
• Provide product demonstrations and answer questions in a friendly, knowledgeable manner.
• Track daily activity, sales results and event feedback for continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for meeting new people.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, based on event schedules.
• Self‑motivated, energetic and comfortable standing for extended periods.
• Previous experience in sales, retail or event promotion is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Compensation

Fixed annual salary: $59,090.19 (part‑time). Additional incentives may be offered based on performance.
