Program Manager – Electrification
ICF is hiring a Program Manager for Electrification in Seattle, King County, WA. Lead utility‑scale electrification initiatives that help commercial and industrial customers transition to electric vehicles and equipment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, launch, and manage one or more utility electrification programs from concept through delivery.
- Coordinate cross‑functional teams—including engineering, policy, finance, and marketing—to ensure program milestones are met.
- Mentor junior staff and provide guidance on best practices in program design, risk management, and stakeholder engagement.
- Create detailed implementation strategies, budgets, and performance metrics aligned with client goals.
- Facilitate client workshops, webinars, and outreach events to promote program adoption.
- Monitor regulatory developments and integrate compliance requirements into program plans.
- Prepare and present progress reports, financial forecasts, and impact analyses to senior leadership and external partners.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Public Policy, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 5+ years of experience managing large‑scale utility or infrastructure programs, preferably in electrification or clean energy.
- Strong knowledge of electric vehicle (EV) charging infrastructure, grid integration, and utility business models.
- Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage complex budgets (>$1M).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder‑management skills.
- Proficiency with project‑management software (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet) and data analysis tools.
