Key Responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end delivery of complex SaaS implementation projects for large manufacturing clients, from kickoff to post‑go‑live support.
• Collaborate with sales, product, engineering, and customer success teams to define project scope, timelines, and success criteria.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, risk registers, and status reports for senior leadership and customers.
• Manage cross‑functional resources, ensuring technical solutions align with customer requirements and Paperless Parts’ product roadmap.
• Facilitate regular stakeholder meetings, executive briefings, and training sessions.
• Identify and resolve technical roadblocks, escalating issues when necessary to maintain project schedules.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of technical project management experience delivering SaaS solutions to manufacturing or industrial customers.
• Proven ability to manage multiple large‑scale projects simultaneously, meeting scope, schedule, and budget targets.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quoting systems, and ERP integrations.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to translate technical concepts for non‑technical audiences.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) or Scrum Master certification preferred.
