Approvals Manager – LA28 Olympic & Paralympic Games

Job Summary

TKO is seeking an Approvals Manager for the LA28 Olympic & Paralympic Games, based in New York City, NY. This role will oversee all approval processes for premium experiential hospitality services delivered by On Location.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end‑to‑end approvals workflow for ticketing, guest experiences, live event production, and travel services related to the LA28 Games.
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and Olympic/Paralympic authorities to ensure compliance with contractual, regulatory, and brand standards.
• Develop and maintain approval documentation, tracking systems, and reporting dashboards.
• Identify and mitigate risks, escalating issues to senior leadership as needed.
• Train and mentor junior staff on approval procedures and best practices.
• Continuously improve processes to increase efficiency and accuracy.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in approvals, compliance, or project management, preferably in large‑scale events or hospitality.
• Strong knowledge of Olympic and Paralympic regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Proficiency with workflow tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Microsoft Project) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Detail‑oriented with a proven track record of meeting tight deadlines.

Preferred Experience

• Previous involvement with major sporting events such as FIFA World Cup, Super Bowl, or NCAA Final Four.
• Experience working in a global, fast‑paced hospitality or entertainment environment.

Compensation

Salary: $70,754.89 per year (fixed).
