Job Summary

Dynamic Kick Lansdowne is seeking a dedicated Taekwondo Instructor for its after‑school program in Leesburg, Loudoun County, VA. This part‑time or full‑time role offers a competitive salary of $31,531 per year.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging Taekwondo classes for children and teens during after‑school hours.
• Teach proper techniques, forms, and sparring while emphasizing discipline, respect, and confidence.
• Monitor student progress, provide feedback, and prepare participants for belt examinations and competitions.
• Maintain a safe training environment, enforce school policies, and ensure equipment is well‑maintained.
• Communicate regularly with parents about student performance and upcoming events.
• Assist with program scheduling, event organization, and occasional weekend workshops.

Qualifications

• Certified Taekwondo instructor (black belt preferred) with at least 2 years of teaching experience.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with children of various ages.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to commit to the required hours.
• First aid/CPR certification is a plus.

Work Schedule & Compensation

Monday–Friday: 12:00 PM – 7:00 PM
Saturday: 9:00 AM – 11:00 AM (every other week)
