Job Summary

Jobgether is seeking a Senior Project Manager – Workday to lead multiple Workday implementation projects on a remote basis for a client headquartered in Columbia, Richland County, US. This senior role combines strategic planning, governance, and hands‑on delivery to ensure successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end Workday project lifecycles, from charter development to post‑go‑live support.
• Define and maintain project governance, risk registers, and change‑control processes.
• Collaborate with client project teams, functional leads, and technical resources to align scope, schedule, and budget.
• Prepare and present status reports, executive dashboards, and stakeholder communications.
• Mentor junior project managers and serve as a subject‑matter expert on Workday best practices.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing large‑scale Workday implementations.
• Proven track record delivering complex, multi‑phase ERP projects on time and within budget.
• Strong knowledge of Workday HCM, Finance, and Payroll modules.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification preferred.

Compensation

Annual salary: $111,938.59 (fixed).
