About the Role

As the General and Operations Manager, you will own the end‑to‑end operational lifecycle—from strategic planning and resource allocation to performance measurement and continuous improvement. You will partner closely with executive leadership to translate high‑level goals into actionable roadmaps, ensuring that every department operates with clarity, efficiency, and accountability.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable operational frameworks that support rapid revenue growth.

Requirements

Experience & Education

• 7+ years of progressive operations management experience, with at least 3 years in a fully remote or hybrid environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred.

• Proven track record of building and scaling operational processes from $10M to $100M+ ARR.

Salary Range

Estimated compensation: $115,000 – $150,000 USD per year, commensurate with experience and geographic differentials. The package includes a performance‑based bonus (up to 20% of base) and equity grants for long‑term alignment.
