Key Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain Epic electronic health record (EHR) systems, ensuring optimal performance and compliance.
• Provide tier‑1 and tier‑2 technical support, troubleshoot issues, and resolve incidents promptly.
• Configure system parameters, build user profiles, and manage security/access controls.
• Collaborate with clinicians, IT teams, and vendors to implement enhancements and upgrades.
• Develop and deliver training materials and end‑user documentation.
• Participate in 24/7 on‑call rotation, responding to pager/phone alerts after hours and on weekends.
• Generate regular reports on system usage, performance metrics, and audit logs.
• Assist in disaster recovery planning and system backup validation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience administering Epic modules (e.g., EpicCare, Radiant, or Beacon).
• Strong understanding of healthcare workflows, HL7, and interoperability standards.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to work under pressure during on‑call incidents.
• Effective communication skills for training and cross‑functional collaboration.
• BS/BA in Computer Science, Health Informatics, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Must be directly contracted by ASK Consulting; subcontracting not permitted.
• U.S. work authorization required; sponsorship not available.

Work Schedule & Compensation

Full‑time, Monday‑Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm with mandatory 24/7 on‑call availability. Salary: $98,512.35 per year, based on experience and specialty.
