Key Responsibilities

• Represent insurance carriers and affiliated clients in civil litigation matters, focusing on defense strategies.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery responses; conduct depositions and attend hearings.
• Manage case files from inception through trial, ensuring compliance with court deadlines and procedural rules.
• Collaborate with senior partners and multi‑state teams to develop case strategies and settlement negotiations.
• Maintain accurate billing records and meet billable hour targets.

Required Qualifications

• Active license to practice law in Kentucky.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in insurance defense civil litigation.
• Strong research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
• Proficiency with legal practice management software and e‑discovery tools.

Compensation & Benefits
