This senior‑level role involves preparing full bid packages for commercial interior demolition, concrete, and site work, working directly with ownership.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare complete bid packages for commercial interior removal, demolition, concrete, and site work from plan review through final submission.
• Perform accurate material takeoffs and develop labor and equipment pricing.
• Conduct site walks, capture photos and detailed notes, and identify scope of work and potential challenges.
• Collaborate with ownership and project managers to refine estimates and ensure competitive, profitable bids.
• Maintain organized bid documentation and meet tight submission deadlines.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years experience as a demolition estimator on commercial projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction drawings, specifications, and local building codes.
• Proficiency with estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication skills for direct interaction with owners and team members.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced, low‑bureaucracy environment.
