Key Responsibilities

• Perform installation, configuration, testing, and maintenance of networking hardware, software, and vending equipment at client locations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues remotely and on‑site, ensuring minimal downtime.
• Operate and monitor specialized equipment, following safety and compliance protocols.
• Document service activities, generate reports, and update asset inventories in the company’s system.
• Collaborate with engineering and project teams to deliver integrated infrastructure solutions.

Required Qualifications
