Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate all phases of event execution, from initial client brief to post‑event teardown.
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring their vision is realized while maintaining venue standards.
• Liaise with city officials, permitting agencies, and regulatory partners to secure approvals and ensure compliance.
