Job Summary

The Fountain Group LLC is hiring a Training Coordinator II for a 12‑month contract in Indianapolis, Marion County, IN. This role supports a prominent client with Learning Management System (LMS) initiatives and may require occasional onsite work in Indianapolis, Branchburg, or Tucson (preferred).

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver training programs using the ASPIRE LMS platform.
• Develop, update, and maintain training materials, e‑learning modules, and job aids.
• Schedule training sessions, manage participant registrations, and track attendance.
• Collaborate with subject‑matter experts to ensure content accuracy and relevance.
• Monitor learner progress, generate performance reports, and recommend improvements.
• Provide technical support for LMS users and troubleshoot access issues.
• Maintain compliance with client and Roche‑wide training standards.

Qualifications

• Experience with Learning Management Systems, preferably ASPIRE or similar platforms.
• Strong organizational and project‑management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and e‑learning authoring tools.
• Ability to work both remotely and on‑site as needed.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Education, or related field.

Salary: $60,451.68 per year (fixed rate). Contract length: 12 months. Remote work possible with periodic onsite requirements.
