Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for construction clients, understanding their insurance needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Quote, bind, and service commercial lines policies such as General Liability, Builders Risk, Equipment, and Contractual Liability.
• Conduct risk assessments on job sites, review contracts, and recommend appropriate coverage limits.
• Maintain accurate client records in the agency management system and ensure timely policy renewals.
• Collaborate with underwriters, brokers, and loss control teams to resolve claims and mitigate risk.
• Stay current on industry regulations, building codes, and emerging construction trends.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in commercial lines insurance, preferably with a construction focus.
• Strong knowledge of builders’ risk, equipment, and contract insurance terminology.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills; ability to translate technical insurance concepts for clients.
• Proficiency with agency management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Detail‑oriented, organized, and able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.

Compensation & Benefits
