Key Responsibilities
- Plan, deliver, and evaluate group and private gymnastics lessons for children and teens of varying ages and skill levels.
- Develop individualized training programs, track athlete progress, and adjust drills to meet performance goals.
- Provide constructive feedback, motivation, and safety supervision during all sessions.
- Maintain equipment, ensure a clean and safe training environment, and report any hazards.
- Communicate regularly with parents or guardians about progress, goals, and upcoming events.
- Assist in organizing competitions, showcases, and community outreach programs.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Proven coaching experience in gymnastics (minimum 2 years preferred).
- Certification in gymnastics coaching or related sport education.
