Join Sage Truck Driving School as a CDL Driver Trainer – Traveling, based in San Antonio, Bexar County, TX. You will deliver Class A CDL training to corporate customers at their facilities across the United States while enjoying fully covered travel expenses.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct on‑site Class A CDL training for corporate fleets and entry‑level students.
• Develop customized training plans that meet each client’s operational needs.
• Assess trainee performance, provide feedback, and certify successful graduates.
• Maintain accurate training records and submit daily reports to the home office.
• Ensure compliance with DOT regulations and Sage School safety standards.
• Coordinate travel logistics and represent Sage professionally at client sites.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Valid CDL Class A license with clean driving record.
• Previous experience as a CDL instructor or commercial truck driver (minimum 3 years).
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to travel frequently and adapt to varying client schedules.
• Pass a background check and drug screening.

Compensation & Benefits

Annual salary: $53,279.43. Travel expenses—including flights, rental car, hotel, and per diem—are fully covered by Sage Truck Driving School.
