Job Summary

PredictiveIT is seeking a New Business Development Representative (MSP/MSSP) in Tampa, Hillsborough County, FL. This outside sales role focuses on educating business leaders about managed IT and cybersecurity services, with a structured, coach‑driven sales process and an OTE of $88,291.84.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect, qualify, and develop new business opportunities within the Managed Service Provider (MSP) and Managed Security Service Provider (MSSP) markets.
  • Conduct consultative discovery calls and virtual meetings to understand client pain points and align predictiveIT solutions.
  • Present tailored service proposals, negotiate contracts, and close new accounts while meeting quarterly revenue targets.
  • Maintain accurate activity and pipeline data in CRM, following predictiveIT’s call frameworks and sales playbooks.
  • Collaborate with internal technical and delivery teams to ensure seamless onboarding of new clients.
  • Participate in regular coaching sessions, role‑plays, and performance reviews to continuously improve sales effectiveness.

Required Qualifications

  • 2+ years of B2B outside sales experience, preferably in IT services, MSP, or cybersecurity.
  • Demonstrated ability to follow structured sales processes and meet measurable targets.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills; comfortable speaking with C‑level executives.
  • Self‑motivated, disciplined, and receptive to coaching and feedback.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
