Key Responsibilities

• Perform repair, calibration, and preventive maintenance of automated precision inspection systems and related metrology tools at customer locations.
• Diagnose hardware and software issues, implement corrective actions, and verify system functionality.
• Develop and document calibration procedures, test plans, and technical reports.
• Collaborate with engineering and service teams to resolve complex technical problems.
• Maintain accurate records of service activities, parts used, and calibration data.
• Provide training and technical support to customers on equipment operation and best practices.

Qualifications & Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, or related field preferred.
• Experience with precision measurement instruments, metrology equipment, and automated inspection systems.
