Tenet is seeking a skilled Surgical Tech (L D) to join its team in Litchfield Park, Maricopa County, US. This full‑time role supports operating rooms by preparing surgical suites, assisting nurses, and handling scrub duties for both scheduled and emergency procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare operating rooms using sterile techniques and ensure all equipment is functional.
• Assist surgeons and nurses during procedures, including passing instruments, sutures, and supplies.
• Perform scrub duties, maintain sterile field, and manage emergent case requirements.
• Set up and sterilize surgical instruments and equipment according to hospital policies.
• Document instrument counts and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Collaborate with peri‑operative team to optimize patient flow and turnover.
• Participate in continuing education and training as directed.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) or equivalent certification.
