Job Summary

Tech Guardian is hiring a Client Account Manager (MSP) in Lake Elsinore, Riverside County, US. This full‑time, in‑office role manages a portfolio of around 20 managed service provider clients and drives revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and nurture relationships with an existing portfolio of ~20 MSP clients.
• Identify expansion opportunities, upsell services, and meet quarterly revenue targets.
• Coordinate with internal teams (sales, support, engineering) to ensure service delivery meets client expectations.
• Develop and present strategic account plans, performance reports, and ROI analyses.
• Travel regularly to client sites for meetings, audits, and on‑site reviews.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and forecast revenue pipelines.
• Collaborate with the Sales Department Manager on pricing, contract negotiations, and renewal strategies.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Proven experience (3+ years) in account management or sales within the Managed Service Provider (MSP) industry.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to analyze client data, create strategic plans, and drive measurable results.
• Comfortable with regular travel to client locations in Southern California.
• Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field preferred.
