Key Responsibilities

Conduct Virtual Therapy Sessions

Maintain Accurate Clinical Documentation

Complete thorough session notes, progress updates, and treatment plans within our electronic health record (EHR) system, ensuring all documentation meets HIPAA standards and agency guidelines.

Participate in Case Consultations and Peer Support

Engage in regular case consultations, supervision, and collaborative peer support groups to enhance clinical skills and ensure best‑practice care.

Adhere to HIPAA Compliance and Ethical Standards

Requirements

Education & Experience

Master’s degree in Counseling, Clinical Mental Health Counseling, or a related field from an accredited institution. Minimum of 2‑3 years of supervised clinical experience in outpatient or telehealth settings is preferred.

Licensure

Active state licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), or equivalent (e.g., LMHC, LMFT) in the candidate’s service area. Must maintain good standing with the licensing board.
