Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive speech‑language evaluations and evidence‑based therapy to patients in a rehabilitation setting.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with patient goals and facility protocols.
• Document all assessments, progress notes, and discharge summaries in the electronic medical record accurately and promptly.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams—including physicians, PT/OT, nursing, and case managers—to coordinate care.

• Participate in daily huddles, case conferences, and discharge planning meetings.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Speech‑Language Pathology from an accredited program.
