Job Summary

Humana is hiring a Bilingual Dental Inbound Representative to work remotely from Cedar, Cole County, US. This role serves as the first point of contact for members and providers, delivering exceptional customer service in both English and Spanish.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer inbound dental benefit inquiries from members and providers via phone, email, and chat.
• Provide clear explanations of coverage, eligibility, and claim status in both English and Spanish.
• Resolve member concerns, troubleshoot issues, and guide callers through next steps to ensure satisfaction.
• Document interactions accurately in the CRM system and follow up on open cases.
• Collaborate with the Consumer Contacts team and Inbound Contacts Supervisor to meet service level agreements.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of Humana’s dental plans, policies, and industry regulations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate degree or higher preferred.
• Fluent in English and Spanish with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Previous experience in a call‑center or customer service environment, preferably dental or healthcare.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and a compassionate, patient‑focused attitude.
• Proficient with computer systems, Microsoft Office, and CRM software.
• Reliable high‑speed internet connection and a quiet home office workspace.
